We are looking for an energetic associate to join our team who demonstrates strong skills in the field of copywriting for marketing campaigns that will also consider the nuances of the healthcare industry for both corporate and consumer audiences. In this position, you will be responsible for copywriting, both short form and long form, for a wide range of marketing pieces for digital and physical marketing channels. The position affords the candidate to gain experience and exposure in both business-to-consumer marketing (to our members) and business-to-business marketing (to our clients, providers, and the industry at large). This position requires a blend of marketing acumen with technical skills, creativity, and logical thinking.


  • Copywrite for the fulfillment of marketing collateral for the EDHC brand and client communications, including emails, web banners, social media posts, fliers, signs, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist in various copywriting needs for different departments such as internal presentations, whitepapers, press releases, blogs, articles, and RFPs.
  • Participate in creation and evolution of company’s brand identity and tone of voice.
  • Provide in-house copyediting services for all departmental needs.
  • Monitor and update inventory of printed materials.
  • Assist in tracking marketing efforts through analytics and other resources.
  • Assist with marketing strategy and creative problem solving for smart marketing opportunities.
  • Look for ways to improve marketing department creative development processes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Marketing team on all projects.
  • Work effectively as a member of a team and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees and suppliers.


  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field of study.
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a copywriter and or copy editor capacity required.
  • Marketing agency experience a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of AP Style.
  • Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have excellent creative abilities, with notable strength in verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and excellent organizational skills with the ability to complete a variety of tasks accurately with high attention to detail and creativity.

Please note: This position is NOT remote and will report onsite daily.
