Commusoft is a fast-moving, fast-growing technology company providing web and mobile software to field service companies. With our head-office in the UK, we're looking for an entrepreneurial sales person to help us grow our brand new US office. Key responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new clients through different sources at high volume
- Creating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Developing and A/B testing outbound approaches
- Using email videos, cold calling, and LinkedIn
- Managing your lead database in an efficient and proactive manner with Hubspot
- Arranging online demonstrations for the Account Executive to pick up and close the deal
- Reporting to the US Operation Director daily on lead quality and volume
- Actively targeting key accounts
- Hitting daily KPIs based on call quantity, demo’s booked and revenue generated
What does your day-to-day look like?
A key role for the Outbound Sales Representative is engaging with different businesses, establishing contact and developing appointments, every day you will:
- Research, prospect and qualify leads
- Generate new business pipelines through cold calling, email, social etc.
- Build qualified prospects list
- Reach out to 10/20 prospects per day (quality over quantity)
- Complete discovery calls for prospects coming through the website
Requirements
- 1-2 years SDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry for Small and medium businesses
- Have a proven record of consistently hitting targets/expectations in a field of work (number of calls per day, meeting booked, revenue generated)
- Be highly organized with a passion for new and exciting technology
- Be confident in selling and handling objections over the phone and in-person
- Have strong listening skills
- Have excellent spoken and written English
