Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be embedded alongside our partners and their internal talent teams to deeply understand hiring challenges, organisational structure and individual team dynamics. You’ll own and develop hiring strategies that support our partners’ growth plans within Executive Hiring and Leadership domains.

Internally at Elements you will drive the continued success of those around you through collaboration, knowledge sharing and mentoring. You will have the opportunity to contribute to internal initiatives that further develop our company culture and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Prior leadership recruiting experience. Must be able to define and execute recruiting strategies for Director+ plus roles. Exec search background either from within a search firm or in house Exec team is preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage 4-5 executive level roles (Board -1 / -2) on an end to end basis; facilitating all stages of the hiring process from briefing to offer and hire
  • Senior stakeholder management and ability to adapt communication style appropriately to an executive level.
  • Knowledge and working experience of identifying and engaging high calibre, passive candidates through a variety of methods (and managing associated talent pools) on our partner’s behalf, ensuring the client’s brand is conveyed accurately at all times, often for confidential and high profile hires
  • End to end management of hiring process (role briefing, candidate management, interview scheduling, offers), ensuring candidates and hiring managers are provided an exceptional experience and appropriate feedback at each stage of the recruitment journey
  • Proactively taking the lead in weekly delivery meetings ensuring issues on delivery are escalated and dealt with appropriately, providing solutions solutions to mitigate risk in a timely manner
  • Take responsibility for your own development and proactively seek opportunities to grow.
  • Increase your breadth of domain knowledge, develop a deeper understanding of market conditions and latest trends/developments within relevant sectors and functions to continually build expertise
  • Maintain accurate data points and produce a range of relevant reports as requested and needed to support effective client communications and commercial decision making
  • Responsible for presenting and validating your own data reporting to the end partner
  • Conduct internal interviews and consult on improvements that could be made on Elements’ process.
