About the Role

The mission of the Sales Engineering team is to partner with our potential customers and ensure they’re successful using Routable. You’ll be the go-to, technical point of contact for our prospective customs. You will use your engineering background to dive deep into our customers' flow of funds and complex technical environments. Our sales team is small, but growing and you’ll partner with them to help drive revenue and hit our goals this year.

Requirements

  • Lead the technical sales process and offer guidance on implementation and integration
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales and leadership
  • Translate user questions and requests to Routable’s engineering and product teams
  • Interface and sell to multiple personas and stakeholders within target organizations
  • Answer technical questions during our sales process
  • Talk with our customers and understand their flow of funds and educate them on Routable
  • Create technical content to help sales close deals (product demos, documentation, videos, example code, API and money flow diagrams)
  • Dive into our code base and debug

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to engage technically with a team of talented software engineers
  • You are comfortable implementing integrations with third-party APIs
  • Working experience building, deploying, and scaling modern web applications
  • Capable of building trust quickly, developing and maintaining relationships
  • Passionate about building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs
  • Technical experience, ideally at a startup
  • Fintech experience is a plus


Location

You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
