No matter where in the world you go, relocating is a crappy process that’s always time intensive and stressful. Perchpeek was conceived to change that.

PerchPeek’s aim is to guide people through every stage of their relocation. Our fundamental belief is that we can use technology to make moving simpler, faster, more secure and even enjoyable. By combining our awesome platform with our even more awesome Support Squad we help people throughout their journey. What’s next for PerchPeek?

We know what you’re thinking - surely nobody is relocating at the moment? Well, you’re partly right, Covid-19 certainly threw some interesting curveballs our way. But we’ve continued to hit some fantastic home runs and over the past 12 months have actually expanded our operations into over 47 countries, raised our Seed funding round from top investors and tripled the size of the company. (Normal startup protocol would dictate that we put a rocket emoji in at this point, but we promised minimal cliches).

As HR departments rapidly adjust their working policies, we’re seeing a dramatic shift in companies allowing people to work from anywhere. Within PerchPeek, we have a B2B2C side of the business where companies refer employees to PerchPeek but it’s up to the employee to pay for our services. We’re looking for a super motivated, people orientated and competitive person to join our brand new US Sales team. You’ll be at the centre of focussing on this B2B2C pipeline and ensuring we persuade as many customers as possible to use Perchpeek to help with their relocation into and within North America.

Here’s a more detailed overview of the SDR role:

Role objectives:

  • You’ll have 5-10 people a day booking calls into your calendar to get advice on their relocation and learn more about PerchPeek’s Services. There’s one core objective - persuade these customers that they want to opt in to PerchPeek’s Relocation Services
  • Demonstrate empathy and build trust - Relocating is emotive and stressful for our relocators. They want to know that the team helping them care about them and truly want their move to be a success
  • Maintain the pipeline of North American movers and update the CRM system
  • On the calls, you’ll need to be extremely engaged and listen to the specific needs of the relocator. Every relocation is different and you’ll need to suggest suitable packages based on their requirements
  • After a relocator Opts In, you’ll need to maintain excellent quality notes about their requirements so that the Operations team are up to date
  • For customers that don’t pro-actively schedule a call with you, you’ll need to use a combination of calls, sequences and texts to try and engage them
  • As a young company, we’re looking for feedback on the packages we offer and how we can improve the quality of the offering
  • Be a Perchpeek Ambassador within the Relocation industry
  • Provide feedback to the Product team on which features are most desirable to build next from a Relocator perspective
