Job Description

As the Menu Operations Manager, your mission is to lead, develop, and inspire a group of talented individuals to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. You will manage and scale a remote hourly team to the national level and ensure that our objectives of optimal platform performance and seamless customer experiences are achieved. Together with your teammates, you will build a brand new platform that empowers restaurants to thrive in the food delivery era.

About the Role

  • Lead our menu operations team to execute marketplace strategy and ensure world-class customer experiences.
  • Define our strategy, system requirements, and success metrics to drive menu accuracy and maintenance to achieve business objectives.
  • Scale your team from supporting two markets to supporting numerous markets at the national level.
  • Drive customer conversion by ensuring optimal menu configuration, developing strategic relationships with channel partners, and delivering seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives to drive project success and deliver on-time execution of daily objectives.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and Senior Leadership to build, improve, and implement scalable solutions to drive platform performance and growth.
  • Inspire and retain a high performing team by leading aspects of talent management amongst your team including daily coaching and feedback, employee development, recognition, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Be empathetic towards customers and passionate about operations. Make the problems of our restaurant partners and end consumers your own.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with constant process evolution.
  • Have enthusiasm for coaching, managing, and developing teams.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Operate across multiple domains, diverse teams, and varying geographies.
  • Work in a dynamic and data-driven environment.
  • Push the envelope and learn from your mistakes.
  • 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
  • 3+ years experience in operations, customer service, or project management.
