About the role
Located in beautiful Tampa, Florida, the Customer Support Analyst, will provide technical second level support to customers and partners. This position will be key in resolution of basic to moderately complex technical problems related to installation, maintenance, use and repair of company's products. Core functions are, but not limited to:
