Job Description

Our client is seeking a Sr. Relationship Marketer to create and execute marketing campaigns utilizing email and in-product marketing. This role is highly collaborative, with key partners across Integrated Marketing, the GTM team, PMM, Business Planning, and engineering teams. Role and deliverables will have high visibility with leadership as we are being asked to amplify strategic core beats and critical business moments for our consumer audience.

** This is contract role that goes through June 2021 with potential to extend

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with PMM and GTM marketing on the prioritized goals to create campaign strategy and execution plans.
  • Develop a RoB to exchange ideas and discuss campaigns plans and outcomes
  • Design campaigns utilizing email and in-product marketing to drive KPIs
  • Developing a robust learning plan, experiments, and sets of campaigns to grow impact
  • Partner with Business Program Manager (BPM) on campaign operations and prioritization, including targeting requirements needed for campaign backlog
  • Coordinating approval process for each of the campaigns.
  • Review each campaign for completeness, adherence to objectives, and projected impact
  • Partnering with data science to measure impact, leverage machine learning, and inform the next set of campaigns and experiments
  • Review and manage ongoing business performance; creating MBR slides and reporting on business impact to targets Defining the strategic approach to deliver business objectives and target KPIs

Requirements

  • 5+ of relationship marketing, product marketing, product management, and/or marcom experience.
  • Strong strategic and analytical leader with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and cross team collaboration with ability to connect and inspire cross group teams (marketing, engineering, data science) into action.
  • Comfort in working with ambiguity to define new approaches in high-growth evolving area and work to create clarity.
  • Passion for working in a growth hacking environment with rapid iteration to define, execute, and learn to improve.
  • MBA preferred, but not required
