Who We Want
The Outside Sales Ninja is responsible for driving cold sales for FringeSport while upholding FringeSport's brand and high standards of customer service. The most important aspect of this position is sourcing leads and closing sales for home/garage gyms. We want you to be our expert on building out home gyms.
Main responsibilities
Driving/closing gt;$100,000 per month of sales
Be the driving force to outfit our customers with amazing home gyms.
You will be responsible for sourcing and closing leads through: Phone, Email, In person, Text, Social media
Driving top of the funnel leads
Closing gt;50% of qualified leads
Quoting/presenting for sales
Quoting full home gym build-outs with installation and delivery.
Working with clients to get financing from our 3rd party financing partners
Additional responsibilities
- Backup on customer service through all channels for your sales and prospects
- There will be other tasks and responsibilities that are not listed on this document.
Compensation: $25k/year + 10% commission (gross margin after shipping)

30 Days
- By the end of the second week, you will complete a Values/Goals/Dream Board exercise and share it with the team
- You are Sandler Bootcamp trained
- You attend Sandler Sales Mastery every week
- You close $10k in sales
- You make and attend 10 coffee meetings with existing Fringe customers
- You connect with and talk on the phone with 20 existing Fringe customers
- You can demonstrate an effective Upfront Contract and a compelling 30 Second Commercial
60 Days (Days 31-60)
- You close $20k in sales
- You make and attend 10 coffee meetings with existing Fringe customers
- You connect with and talk on the phone with 20 existing Fringe customers
90 Days (Days 61-90)
- Your sales are at $7.5k/week revenue (average)
- Schedule 10 coffee meetings with non-Fringe customers
- You are quoting out home gym build-outs on your own
120 Days (Days 91-120)
- Have an established pipeline of clients
- Able to forecast monthly sales
365 Days
- Your sales are at $20k/week revenue (average
- You have a strong foothold in the Austin TX market
- You are actively seeking to expand into other TX markets
