OPPORTUNITY
The Recruitment Associate will join our ten person, highly collaborative recruitment team. They will be a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager and individual contributor with a knack for sourcing high quality talent, strong communication skills, and systems savvy. As a key supporter, this individual will enable Search Leads to focus on the smooth execution of the client engagement overall.
The ideal candidate has experience in and a passion for education, an understanding of high-quality delivery, and a desire to leverage their project oversight and detail orientation to help Search Leads support clients. This will focus on identifying and hiring highly qualified candidates across all socially considered groups who will further their work to ensure equity of educational and life opportunities for all students.
The Recruitment Associate will be an important team player to ensure that Edgility executive searches and recruitment engagements are on track and successfully completed. This role will work across three main focus areas: sourcing quality talent, providing search systems support, and contributing to an excellent candidate experience.
