Job Description

Endeavor is seeking an Associate to join our People amp; Performance team. The Associate will be involved in all things People for Endeavor’s 500 staff across 30+ countries. In particular, the Associate will help lead initiatives with regard to People Analytics, Knowledge Management, Learning amp; Development, and Internal Communications.

  • People Analytics: Implement and iterate upon Endeavor's People Analytics strategy. This involves designing the surveys we ask Staff to identify opportunities for organizational improvement, analyzing the data across multiple segments (location, department, tenure, etc.) to reach conclusions, and communicating these insights to our Staff.
  • Knowledge Management: Build a canon of best practices and templates on all things People, such as hiring, performance management and more, for our offices to use.
  • Learning amp; Development: Scale existing Learning amp; Development programs and scope new opportunities, either through in-house content or external partnerships.
  • Culture amp; Internal Communications: Design and improve Endeavor’s internal communications structure. This includes small yet crucial initiatives like recognizing birthdays and anniversaries or larger projects like organizing internal bulletins from our leadership team and ensuring managers follow-through with our Continuous Performance Management Framework

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a talent role focused on attraction, retention, training amp; development, people analytics, performance management
  • Data-driven and analytical
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Experience working in a distributed, international organization, a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills, oral and written
  • Attention to detail
