Job Description

Colliers Mortgage offers a comprehensive range of products and services designed to meet our clients’ financing, funding, and capitalization needs. Our experts are available to help clients’ access federal agency loan programs, structure competitive financing packages for borrowers and lenders, or identify capital sources for capitalization requirements.

As an approved Fannie Mae DUS lender, FHA/HUD lender and Fannie Mae issuer, we offer a variety of loan products for the acquisition, refinance, construction or rehabilitation of various property types. Colliers Mortgage was also awarded designation as a lender/partner with the USDA under the Communities Facilities Guaranteed Program.

Summary:

The Internal Sales Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the sale tracking and coordination efforts with Colliers International. This position will also be responsible for creating data driven solutions to sourcing new transactions for the Colliers Mortgage Platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with third party data sources to generate leads for producers across the Colliers platform
  • Work with COO and other parties to accumulate data on internal sales and referral efforts. Ensure follow up with Colliers Sales staff and Colliers Mortgage (CM) staff on won and lost opportunities
  • Track and create pipeline information on sales referrals track won opportunities, lost opportunities and who we lost opportunities to
  • Work with COO and others on monthly and quarterly reporting presentations and dashboards for dissemination to Colliers
  • Proactively work with Sales and CM production on increased communication regarding deal flow
  • Assume responsibility for ad hoc reporting as needed and requested across the platform, weekly, monthly, quarterly
  • Assume reporting responsibilities for tracking platform metrics and actual numbers compared to forecast
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting required
  • 1-3 years of commercial mortgage experience preferred
  • Experience within mortgage banking finance a plus
  • Experience with HUD/Fannie multifamily a plus
  • Knowledge of mortgage banking
  • Strong math skills, excel and modeling skills a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Regular and reliable attendance required
