Product Manager (Growth)

We are hiring a Product Manager to help craft and execute our Acquisition amp; Growth strategy for the consumer lending marketplace, reporting directly to the Head of Product. In this role you’ll be tasked to address complex micro and macro factors that influence the marketplace, analyzing Product KPIs, hypothesizing areas of opportunities and unmet needs, and advocating for the best solutions to ensure the healthy growth of the product through meaningful value propositions for our members. Moreover, you’ll partner with the Growth Team and support their roadmap needs by building robust analytics, tools, and solutions to aid in the decision-making of new opportunities to grow the business in a responsible manner.

What You'll Do

• Perform user research with the product and design team on unmet needs of the marketplace and influence the product strategy
• Work in a small, cross-functional, dynamic growth team to unlock the potential of SoLo’s value proposition while building a technology stack that will enable the influence the success of the product.
• Be responsible for executing a comprehensive growth strategy in collaboration with the Director of Growth.
• Leverage your excellent communication skills, data analytics, and creativity to ideate, design, and build solutions to fortify our product offerings

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, including mobile app experience
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Director of Growth, Engineers, and Designers on product initiatives
• Ability to prioritize and articulate your product roadmap across business functions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to actionable deliverables to stakeholders
• Experience using user research, analytics, and product strategy to support growth initiatives
• Experience with experimentation through A/B testing, etc.
