OPPORTUNITY
The Recruitment Manager will join our eleven person, highly collaborative recruitment team. They are responsible for ensuring a strong pipeline of potential candidates for all Edgility clients through indirect and direct candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimization, and proactive development of talent pools. This individual will lead candidate and client interactions for a portfolio of recruitment engagements. They will also be a key contributor to the Edgility recruitment team, with the opportunity to engage in special projects and initiatives related to the improvement of our recruitment practices.
The ideal candidate has a passion for improving educational and life outcomes for all students, an understanding of high-quality client service delivery, and a desire to leverage their outreach and project management skills to help our Search Leads identify diverse pools of highly-qualified candidates for their searches. This person is a focused self-starter who is comfortable working independently. This position is remote though preference will be given to candidates located in the New York City metro region.
