Job Description
Reporting to the supervisor on a daily basis, monitoring the pick-pack operation, taking attendance of the employees on the line and giving them specific instructions for each job, training them and visually showing them how to do something, following the instructions for the different jobs given is key must pay very close attention to details: could do several different jobs a day, entering data on a computer for every job completed including errors on that job, also sending emails when needed. Physical description: Packaging the product, palletizing boxes, walking a lot, working on the production line when needed, cleaning up the area: sweeping, wiping down tables, repetitive work, standing up to 8 to 12 hrs a day, a lot of bending and twisting, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., working in a warehouse environment.
2nd shift positions available.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULE: working late hours, working weekends, and coming in early
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years of Computer knowledge PC Literate with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- 1-2 years of Team Lead experience
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Able to multi-task in a very fast paced environment
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment: Noise from the production floor and no air conditioning in the production floor. Cafeterias are air conditioned.
