We are looking for an experienced Adword Specialist who is willing to go above and beyond for our growing community of transport entrepreneurs with a love for car sharing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with our Google Ads Specialist, Social Media Manager, and Head of Marketing to execute strategy encompassing all paid media campaigns including Google Ads, Paid Social, Display Ads, App Store Optimization (ASO), Email Marketing, and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Provide direction to creative, development, and analytics teams to troubleshoot conversion funnels, continuously optimize conversion rates, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Ensure proper tagging and tracking of consumer behavior through heat maps (HotJar), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce to identify accurate sales attribution and missed opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance and create detailed reports with proactive insights
  • Implement A/B testing and user experience testing for ads, placements and landing pages
  • Collaborate with internal development and design teams to improve landing pages
  • Support our SEO and copywriting team to develop holistic approaches to digital marketing strategies
  • Drive month-over-month social growth and audience development on all branded social channels through content vertical testing, social listening, campaign tagging, and weekly reporting
  • Remain up-to-date on industry best practices, trends, and technologies in digital marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field (Preferred)
  • Advanced Google Analytics certification
  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
  • Ability to build campaigns from scratch for Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Proven success implementing and optimizing PPC campaigns for conversions
  • Knowledge of landing page creation with a focus on user experience
  • Experience with A/B testing experiments
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Users
  • A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
