We are currently hiring for a Client Success Director, Strategic Accounts on our Client Success team to manage our largest enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for bringing Degreed’s unique capabilities, best practices and digital transformation experience to meet our customer’s business objectives.
In this role, you will be cultivating close relationships with senior client executives while developing a strong understanding of business needs. You will be accountable for driving adoption and usage of the Degreed platform, stakeholder alignment and advising on change management to leverage our products and solutions.Day In The Life
  • Work intensively with a select client portfolio to analyze needs and develop a strategy to reach client goals
  • Demonstrate insight into business issues and trends along with industry and customer implications
  • Establish credibility with key client stakeholders through relationship development and propose solutions that further address their needs beyond their initial commitment to Degreed
  • Track, measure, and communicate the real and perceived value that our products and services bring to the client
  • Ensure user engagement with the Degreed platform and drive overall customer satisfaction
  • Partner and collaborate across different internal departments within Degreed to quickly address client needs; namely Technical Consulting, Product, Sales and Executive Leadership
Who You Are
  • A successful track record of engagement with multiple customers and points of contact
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment
  • Experience leading or implementing programs related to skills, learning amp; development, talent acquisition, career pathing or other similar talent management domains
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in client success and/or account management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to various stakeholders (customers and partners)
  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills. Able to effectively articulate a unique value proposition that resonates with customer needs
  • Must have experience working with and having regular contact with C-Level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to work across all levels of a customer or partner organization
