We’re looking for a Senior Shopify Developer who has mastered the platform to join our
team of web development experts and eCommerce architects.
Responsibilities
Act as a resident Shopify expert, specializing in all parts of the eCommerce
platform
Build seamless, robust, and innovative front-end user experiences
Generate custom-tailored Shopify themes, and altering pre-existing templates
Work closely with project managers to address client requests in a timely manner
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to address their specific
needs and requirements
Requirements
You will be responsible for:
4+ years of experience building websites within the Shopify platform
2+ years experience with React.js and headless web applications
Extensive knowledge with HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX, and
maintainable/scalable CSS.
Experience building middleware for the Shopify platform using Node/Express or
some equivalent technology
Experience developing Shopify private and public plugins/apps
Experience integrating third party applications- i.e. Klaviyo, Stylitics, Global-E
Experience using Git for version control
Experience with Site Speed proficiencies and ADA compliance
Good understanding of SEO principles and best practices
Self-motivated, works well in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with clients and team
members
Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
