Position Description:
In this role you will:
- Build out the Yardi infrastructure as it pertains to the accounting, construction, and asset management teams and to support the growth of Fairstead
- Design and optimize executive dashboard to highlight key, Pamp;L related performance areas within a real estate platform
- Prepare/consolidate monthly/quarterly reporting packages including financial statements management Pamp;Ls, comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, variance analysis, and executive commentary
- Design full automation of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation functions.
- Customize reporting for the management team.
- Investigate other Yardi and non-Yardi solutions such as Yardi Investment Manager
- Set up and maintain GL Reports and Chart of Accounts in Yardi
- Streamline MRI Developer Central reporting functions for our Asset Management team
- Create and refine operating agenda across business lines; varying by priority
Requirements
Ideal candidate will have:
- Strong background professional and academic background in one of the following:
- Accounting
- Finance
- 3-5 years of experience as a Yardi Admin specifically with Job Core and MRI Asset Management
- Proven experience in establishing and building out reporting systems related to Pamp;L statementsE
- Experience with Yardi Investment Module
- Analytical background with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills to expedite process enhancement across business lines
