Position Description:
In this role you will:
- Monitor bank accounts daily for all activity
- Confirm receipt of incoming wires
- Review and submit paperwork for opening new bank accounts
- Serve as a backup for banking related functions
- Review and release cash disbursement in accordance with internal control guidelines
- Reconcile cash daily
- Assist in comping monthly financials for management
- Research, analyze and prepare reports on exceptions found during periodic reporting
- Assist with projects
Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, preferred
- Proficient in Excel
- Yardi experience
