Requirements
Morgan amp; Morgan’s growing personal injury group is seeking to add an attorney with at least 8 years of high volume personal injury litigationexperience. Our practice is unique, as we solely represent plaintiffs and only work on a contingency-fee basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years years of personal injury experience, jury trial experience a plus!
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-suit and litigation cases
- Licensed and in good standing with DC bar
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
Responsibilities not limited to:
- Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigations cases
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
- Guide clients through the case process
- Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
- Attendance and preparation for depos, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
