about the part-time studio operator role
a skilled multitasker, the soona studio operator is a creatively driven, gear-savvy hand who assists in all aspects of the soona logistics and operations. you will be the studio manager's right hand to help our studio run smoothly and neatly. are you an organization wiz? does opening boxes makes you excited even if they are not yours? does a clean neat space give you joy? would like to get paid for expressing your Marie Kondo ways? if yes, this position is for you.

Requirements
you will be responsible for
- opening packages as they arrive, taking a photo, uploading to crew notes, informing clients if replacements are needed
- organizing packages storage for easy access
- coordinate client package returns
- scheduling and ensuring package pickups with UPS, FedEx amp; USPS
- full ownership of our membership storage program including client outreach and inventory of products
- maintaining general studio upkeep through organization and cleaning
- maintaining the inventory of gear, props, trendsets, office equipment, cleaning supplies, and refreshments
- coordinating and tacking equipment repairs
- running errands as needed
must haves
- be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs
- have own transportation
- commit to 20-25 hours per week
