Job Description

We are a premiere HubSpot certified inbound marketing agency looking for a passionate Inbound Marketing Manger to join our growing team of marketing specialists. As the Inbound Marketing Manager, you have an important role serving as the liaison between the client and our internal team, as well as overseeing all activities required to help the clients assigned to you to meet their goals and objectives. This means you’ll play a lead role in executing inbound and content marketing activities that include blogging, SEO, PPC and Social Ads and marketing automation while leading client communication and education. You’ll also be responsible for analyzing each client’s marketing analytics, creating reports and recommending future strategies and tactics.

OneIMS has clients in major B2B sectors, such as manufacturing, technology, SaaS and professional services to name a few. As an Inbound Marketing Manager, you need to be able to navigate the complexities and nuances of our clients’ business and industry sector. The clients you manage will look to you for new ideas and fresh approaches to every aspect of their demand and lead generation campaigns. It is the responsibility of the Inbound Marketing Manager to make sure we execute flawlessly on every aspect of the campaign deliverables. To succeed in this role, you need a minimum 3 years of inbound marketing experience, and ideally you hold multiple certifications, including Google Analytics and HubSpot.

You play a pivotal role in retention, renewal business and increased trust and responsibility with our clients. Thus the Inbound Marketing Managers are compensated for account growth and incremental revenue brought in.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience creating digital marketing strategies that incorporate content, SEO, search and social ads, conversion path, and other fundamentals of inbound marketing.
  • Strategize and develop new clients’ Marketing Strategy Blueprint based on client and customer interviews, research and collaboration with our team.
  • Collaborate with an internal team of consultants, copywriters, designers and developers to deliver on that strategy and vision for the clients assigned to you
  • Take the lead in creating monthly performance reports to highlight wins, areas of improvement and recommendations for future programs.
  • Hands-on experience using marketing technology and research tools
  • Experience with HubSpot with HubSpot Software Certifications
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other analytics tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads and other remarketing platforms a must
  • Track record of building multi-channel campaigns that yield substantial results
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and create campaigns based on customer requirements
  • B2B marketing experience with a strong understanding of demand creation and demand capture strategies
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and independent management skills
  • Proven relationship-building skills and client communication experience
  • Able to find and assimilate market and customer data into marketing strategies
  • Strong work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong understanding of all social media platforms, working knowledge of search engine optimization as well as email marketing best practices
  • Great writing skills and a strong understanding of how to write SEO-friendly content
  • Desire to learn on your own and keep up with digital and inbound developments and best practices
  • Proficiency in blogging platforms such as a WordPress or HubSpot
  • Passion for the Internet and marketing with a strong understanding of inbound marketing
  • Experience working remotely in similar roles strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience building comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, online marketing, paid media campaigns, etc.
