We are looking for an experienced SaaS company CFO, ideally a person from a diverse background, that also has mergers amp; acquisitions and/or private equity experience to help our 200+ person company grow to the next level. Belief in the need to increase diversity in our workforce is an important attribute of the best candidate for this executive role.
You will work very closely with the CEO and the VP of Sales and COO to create financial models for operations and for expansion towards significant investment partnering. It's imperative that you be able to function as the financial leader from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
You can work 100% remote and/or be in our US headquarters office, it is up to you.
We will start interviewing mid-May 2021 and hire for this role at the end of this quarter.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience as a technology company CFO
Minimum of 2 years experience leading the financial decisions for a SaaS company
Education and degrees to support your position as a CFO
Ability and willingness to travel less than 10% of the year.
