Job Description

We are currently looking for a hands-on Vice President of Sales to lead our business development efforts nationwide, responsible for selling Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This is a remote based role which can be based anywhere in the US. Travel is required to support sales representative activities with customers, prospects and customers throughout the region to drive bookings growth.

Communicate, implement and execute sales activities and strategies to maximize sales bookings in line with corporate objectives. Assume responsibility for accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual bookings.


Requirements

  • Experience selling mainly Sailpoint, Okta, Ping, CyberArk IAM/PAM implementation solutions and software in the commercial market through a variety of sales and marketing activities
  • Find, develop and close sales opportunities through a structured sales process
  • Develop and maintain relationships
  • Create and execute targeted account plans in concert with CEO and CTO efforts
  • Work with channel and alliance partners to increase opportunity size and expedite closure


Qualifications

  • 10+ years successful experience in IAM/PAM solutions
  • 5+ years’ experience with IAM solutions or software security
  • 10+ Years successful experience selling into Large Institution (gt;10K employees) accounts
  • Experience selling SailPoint, Okta, Ping, CyberArk solutions
  • Strong understanding of customer/industry climate
  • Moderate to high level of solutions and technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques
  • Accurate forecasting skills
  • Recent Sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of sales success in industry.
  • Ability to sell to high-level executives using articulate value propositions.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • B.A./B.S. related field or equivalent

Additional Qualifications:

  • Travel requirement up to 50%.

Base Salary + Commission
