Job Description
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in St Louis, Missouri (Maryland Heights) is looking for a Care Coordinator to add to our Dynamic team!
This position is responsible for staffing and coordinating the day-to-day care delivered by our amazing nurses. Candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, amp; think on their feet in a fast paced, demanding, and rewarding position.

Job Duties:
- Staffing
- Interacting with client families and nurses
- Interviewing potential employees
- Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
- Highly Organized amp; Detail Oriented
- Available to cover shifts and assist with admissions when needed
- Multitasking abilities
Experience Needed:
- Past experience in a medical field preferred.
- Previous Care Coordination a plus!
Requirements
Must have a positive attitude.
Past experience in scheduling is a plus.
Past experience working in an office environment is preferred.
Must be a compassionate communicator.
Must be able to work through various computer/scheduling programs.
