Who are we looking for?

HireVue is looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and motivated Sr. HR Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in multiple aspects of human resources. As an ideal candidate, you will have a broad global knowledge of human resources and has proven experience leading and managing a multitude of HR capabilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee new team members through the HireVue pre-hire onboarding process
  • Manage the team’s collection of I-9’s, manage background checks and update information into the HR system.
  • Manage our off-boarding experience both voluntary and involuntary
  • Own and deliver on our ER and investigation process
  • Lead the team responsible for supporting our team members with their HR-related queries and requests
  • Support the employee experience and culture initiatives
  • Lead our HR audits and legal compliance
  • Manage employee records, HRIS profiles, HR documents and information.
  • Provide support our broader HR organization
  • POC for HR policies, employee handbook and compliance initiatives
  • Vendor management of our People Success vendors
  • Facilities management

Requirements

  • BS/ BA or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of human resources experience as an operations manager, HR Generalist, or Business Partner
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working remotely from a home office is a plus (there is the possibility this individual will need to travel to our HQ in South Jordan on occasion once we open back up)
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills as well as a self-driven, quick learner, with the ability to get things done and done well
