Your responsibilities as Business Solutions Director - Health and Wellness include;
- Achieve OKRS and KPIS, as defined by Fortress Brand leadership
- Develop and execute individual sales plan to drive new client acquisition across the health and wellness category
- Plan, direct, and lead sales activities across Fortress Brand and self-sourced prospects that align to our strategic client profiles
- Develop robust sales opportunities from the above activity that result in new business wins to exceed target
- Designing custom client solutions based on excellent business and functional diagnosis during the sales cycle that results in successful client on-boarding
- Identification of upper third decision makers, their buying mode and priorities
- Work cross-functionally, communicating with and activating key business units within Fortress Brand to ensure a successful sales process
- Support Dir. Marketing and corporate positioning strategies including thought leadership strategy, press partnership opportunities, and marketing calendar and communications.
- Utilize sales software (e.g., HubSpot) to track pipeline, revenue forecasts, as a repository for client needs, and resource hub
- Support in maintenance and interactions of sales materials, including but not limited to pitch decks, informational guides, case studies and reports
- Support in the development, implementation and circulation of department reporting
- Support in onboarding and training of new growth team members, as appropriate
This role will report into the VP of Growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in business development or a similar position
- Proven experience in identifying high potential prospects and closing
- Proven understanding of Amazon
- Ability to to understand client requirements and craft commercial solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
- Ability to present and express yourself in a clear, confident manner
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Solid analytical and research skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
