As we continue to grow, we’re now looking to expand our leadership team with a talented, proactive Head of Marketing, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer

This is an awesome opportunity to lead the small (but growing) marketing team, balancing product-led strategy with sales-led initiatives, work end to end in our go to market initiatives and have a global remit.

What you will be doing

  • Lead and grow the marketing team. This is a critical role that will have an outsized impact on our future success.
  • Develop and execute our short-medium and long term marketing strategy and initiatives. This ranges from delivering on go-to-market objectives, as well as developing our long-term marketing, positioning and brand vision.
  • Balance tactical requirements with strategy
  • Partner with the Sales leadership to help grow and achieve business growth
  • Lead the marketing team to create an optimal B2B marketing strategy
  • Acquisition of new customers for our business development teams
  • Customer Marketing initiatives to help retain and grow our base
  • Partner with sales functions to ensure they have the tools, materials and presentations to meet the commercial goals
  • Develop campaigns to drive customer retention, business growth and product engagement

Requirements

What Experience will help to make you successful in this role

  • Marketing leader with experience leading marketing teams in the world of SaaS.
  • Hands-on leader, with experience building, coaching and motivating a team
  • Experience working with multiple cross functional teams in a global environment
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, great communication and presentation skills to get our whole company buy in and help execute
  • You have led B2B marketing strategies that generate leads for sales teams amp; have worked closely with sales amp; success teams
  • Experience in developing a deep amp; proactive understanding of clients needs, competitive landscape to build effective content, tools, demand generation campaigns and support customer retention
  • Experience in developing a clear value proposition
  • Experience in a tech startup or tech scale up
  • Importantly.a passion to make a difference
