We’ve Got little, but BIG Shoes to Fill.

We’re looking for a creative, team-oriented, and passionate individual to join our growing Inside Sales team. As a Contact Center Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, while helping grow and maintain Kitchen Magic’s appointment setting goals for our Contact Centerincluding but not limited to setting and confirming appointments while exhibiting a high level of customer service.

Requirements

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE? If so, here’s what you need to have for the job:

  • Provide a high level of customer service by representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Follow up with potential customers who have shown an interest in kitchen remodeling to arrange for a free in-home design consultation.
  • Scheduling customer appointments.
  • Understand and support company best practices and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers.
  • Provide a high level of detail in customer follow up and paperwork.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • High sense of urgency and self-motivation a must.
  • Ability to follow and stick to a pre-determined script.
  • Have a strong desire to succeed.
  • Must be 18 years of age
