A little about the role

The HR/Recruiting Coordinator supports candidates, employees, and the HR team throughout the employee lifecycle. The person in this role will play a critical role in supporting our business strategy and have an excellent opportunity to learn from our experienced team. What You Will Do
- Post job descriptions on career websites and other recruitment sites
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and members of the hiring team
- Coordinate reference check and background verification process as appropriate
- Assist with new employee orientation and I-9 verification
- Create and maintain electronic employee files and other HR records
- Support and implement various HR programs and initiatives

- Working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- 1+ years administrative/customer service experience required
- Prior education or experience in Human Resources and/or recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Experience learning and working in a variety of software systems
- HR knowledge: local legislation, state and federal
- Experience and/or exposure with Applicant Tracking System

Salary
$17-$23/hour DOE
Location
This position will be based in our downtown Denver office.
We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our downtown Denver office as necessary.
