The Client Success Community Manager will be responsible for building and developing communities focused on creating a cohesive client experience with our product. You will develop, experiment with, and oversee programming to keep clients engaged in the Spiff conversation and ensure that insights derived from these channels are shared with and actioned by our product and marketing teams. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about building a community from the ground up, unafraid to work through ambiguity, and has a roll-up-your-sleeves and get it done attitude.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Concept and execute digitally focused events and programming for our clients, and build an engaged group of clients
  • Develop expertise in Spiff subject matter, and actively engage in conversation with merchants to support the development of closed-loop feedback mechanisms that will ultimately unearth feedback that can make Spiff better.
  • Work closely with marketing and design stakeholders to help you execute on multiple engagement strategies that improve the Client experience
  • Grow existing communities and identify, build, and maintain new communities and channels to connect with Clients in meaningful ways
  • Create internal systems that will allow us to have a strong feedback loop with our teams and our clients


Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing and growing a community, and executing on programming from start to finish. Bonus points if you have experience working in a high growth environment, with B2B digital products, enterprise, or SMBs
  • Passionate about building communities, making connections, and engaging in meaningful conversations
  • Excellent written communication skills with an ability to dissect complex concepts into digestible terms.
  • Passionate networker - not the kind that collects business cards, but someone who spends time adding value to others and forming meaningful and lasting connections
  • Takes initiative keeps organized pays close attention to detail and can handle multiple projects at once
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
