About the Role:
As a Data Solutions Analyst, you will work closely with our data, business intelligence, executive, and sales teams to architect data generation infrastructures and analytical reporting that show key metrics across the business. You will interpret complex business requirements and produce impactful business analytics to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
What You'll Do:- Organize and analyze large datasets using Structured Query language (SQL) and Excel where applicable
- Develop and promote analytical reporting and business intelligence solutions using engineering and statistical methods
- Create scorecards and KPI indicators in the form of Business Intelligence dashboards
- Communicate Data and Business Intelligence dashboards clearly and precisely to executives and operations teams
- Help clients and customer success teams by providing valuable insights on the programs they executed.
About You | Basic Qualifications- BS in computer science, engineering, science or any analytical field
- 3+ years of experience in communicating with clients and customer success teams
- 3+ years of experience working in the tech space as a solutions consultant, data or BI analyst
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills possessing the ability to prioritize work under pressure of time constraints
- Comfortable presenting to executives to achieve leadership buy-in
