We are looking for a coordinator with a passion for influencer marketing who will assist in sourcing, vetting and managing influencers, and crafting thoughtful campaign reports. This is a remote position but may require working East Coast hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and edit static and video content for client brand handles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter)
- Plan and schedule content using scheduling platform and internal project management tools
- Participate in team brainstorms to help develop new, creative ways to engage the target audience and capitalize on trends
- Assist in sourcing top-tier student influencers for campaigns and surprise PR kit deliveries
- Research platform best practices and optimization tactics
- Share insights into current student consumer habits and behaviors
Requirements
- Assist in the oversight of Cycle influencer campaigns, which may include influencer discovery, outreach and negotiation, content QA, live post monitoring, sentiment analysis, and reporting
- Create weekly status call agendas, timelines, and execution documents to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Record and distribute call notes, ensuring all parties are privy to next steps
- Work with internal teams to develop program strategy and influencer creative briefs
- Understand campaign KPIs and source talent utilizing internal tools in order to meet client needs
- Collaborate across internal sales, production, and execution teams to assist in building deliverables and talent recommendations
- Research industry trends and share learnings with larger partnerships team, staying aware of platform updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and relevant intern experience in advertising
- Excellent writing skills
- Some knowledge of influencer-marketing landscape
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Professional, polite and respectful
- Brings energy and passion to everything they do, and will not be afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to tackle projects both big and small
