About this role:
The eCommerce Account Manager role is critical to the success of our agency and client relations. You're responsible for building relationships with clients and uncovering revenue opportunities for our agency. You will work with clients as a first point of contact and ensure their strategy is properly executed. You will continue to manage this relationship and ensure their needs are met from project to retainer. You will work directly with our clients, as well as our design, development and production team to oversee the success of Shopify Plus websites for fashion, beauty, lifestyle and luxury brands.


  • Work directly with Director of Client Services to manage CRO, design and development engagements.
  • Maintain the happiness of your clients and help them produce results
  • Increase and retain the value of your client list by winning new business and working with them to identify revenue new opportunities.
  • Heavily involved in the pre-sales process, discoveries, and quarterly reviews.
  • Collaborate with strategist, designers, developers and project managers.
  • Ensure that enhancements are delivered on-time, within budget and exceed our client’s expectations.
  • Assist with scoping development and design requirements.
  • Properly plan resources for monthly retainers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clientele and understand their needs.
  • Conduct research and collect data about our clients and their industry.
  • Communicate strategy, scope and client feedback to designers, producers, contractors, partners and developers.
  • Review deliverables with internal team and present to clients.
  • Identify when client feedback is out-of-scope and how to proceed.
  • Attend client meetings and phone calls to completely understand their needs.
  • Request assets from clients or other parties.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate to contribute, improve and optimize our process, as well as bring new ideas and strategies to client projects.


  • At least 3+ years agency, eCommerce and/or account / project management.
  • Shopify knowledge a huge plus
  • Highly revenue oriented with a proven track record of success
  • Desire to enter a growing company to help us scale
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Project Planning amp; Task Management
  • Strong organizational skills and time management.
  • Ability to handle several clients at once.
  • Experience with client facing responsibilities
  • Know how to talk the talk with designers and developers


Huge plus if you have:

  • Shopify Plus experience
  • Experience overseeing eCommerce clients from design to development
  • Email marketing experience
