Due to our success and continued growth in the US in 2020, we’re looking for ace Talent Partners from a R4R or HR hiring background to join our rapidly scaling team in New York!

Requirements
What you’ll be doing
- Working as an in-house sourcing partner
- Partnering with key internal decision makers up to CxO level
- Using advanced sourcing and attraction techniques to engage top-tier talent and build robust pipelines
- Working on added-value projects to ensure your client has a world class attraction strategy and candidate experience
- Sharing your experience across Talentful as we achieve much more together
