Position Summary
To provide support to Company’s business leaders and the Human Resources Department in key areas including employment/recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, administration and interpretation of company policies and programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the hiring process including recruiting, selection, and screening by developing behavioral interview questions that align with the expected performance competencies and assisting hiring managers through the process
- Interview and oversee the recruitment of job applicants to fill entry level, professional and technical job openings
- Develop recruitment strategies to increase applicant flow involving many different methods, including, but not limited to business and social networking, college recruitment and headhunting
- Manage diversity recruitment and inclusion program(s)
- Develop and maintain business relationships with college career services departments and key HR professionals through networking and events to generate qualified applicants
- Direct the efforts of employment agencies and search firms including negotiating and controlling employment related fees
- Coach on sensitive issues to employees and all levels of management
- Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations
- Facilitate and/or provide training and tracking to company workforce
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Assist with various HR initiatives including performance management and compensation modeling
- Develop, analyze and report various data points and metrics
Requirements
Professional Requirements
- 3-5 years of HR experience with recruiting required
- 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting
- 3+ years of HR Generalist responsibilities
- Ability to travel up to 5-10% to attend various career fairs and other networking opportunities
- High volume recruiting experience
- Excellent understanding of the Internet as a sourcing tool and other creative sourcing capabilities
- Previous experience with an applicant tracking system
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
- Is a good listener and shows an interest in what others have to say
- Ability to maintain confidential information and work in a team environment with a strong customer service focus required
- Possesses good organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- High comfort level with MS Office Suite

Educational Requirements
• BA or BS Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
Organizational Relationships
• Reports to Vice President of Human Resource and interacts with Department Leaders and Executive team on a regular basis.
