The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate career opportunity in our Acura Service Business Development Center (BDC)! The BDC representative will supplement the service team by reaching out to our vast client base and scheduling appointments, answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner, and conducting follow-up calls. Requirements
- Previous automotive service BDC or automotive service cashier experience.
- Trainable in various computer systems
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
- Professional personal appearance
- Weekend and AM availability required
