Senior Product Designer

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and mission-driven Product Designer who wants to be a catalyst for change in the health and well-being space. You will specialize in one of our core product areas and collaborate cross-functionally to design forward-thinking solutions to complex and challenging problems. You'll bring a human-centered approach and experience across all stages of the product development cycle, from ideation to final product delivery. Your ability to balance a solid understanding of the business with user insights will enable you to create compelling and thoughtful products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define long-term strategy and success metrics for new features in your product area
- Deliver user-centered designs including sketches, wireframes, prototypes, design guidelines, workflow diagrams, information architecture diagrams and interaction specifications
- Work closely Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
- Talk to customers to understand user needs; ground your work in empathy and insights based on customer research and other data sources
- Facilitate or participate in design thinking workshops with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create delightful product experiences
- Use and contribute to a design system to create products with consistent interactions and a shared visual language
- Enjoy and actively contribute to a collaborative and creative product team culture
Requirements
- 4+ Years proven work experience as a Product Designer or equivalent
- BS in Design, Product Design, Human-computer Interaction (HCI) or equivalent
- Strong portfolio of thoughtful end-to-end design projects
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software (Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability work through critical feedback and critique
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
