Now hiring an experienced Fleet Admin Assistant at our location in Krugerville (Denton), Texas.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Ensure vehicle registrations, insurance cards and licensing are up to date
  • Order shop supplies, issue purchase orders to vendors, reconcile invoices, run supply errands
  • Maintain Department of Transportation (DOT), Annual Vehicle Inspection (AVI) and Emissions Compliance records
  • Help maintain preventative maintenance schedule and system for equipment, calculate usage
  • Help maintain fuel schedule, pricing, reports, fuel master key copies, and WEX fuel cards
  • Research and respond to fleet or PO related issues, concerns, questions
  • Reconcile data, enter data system changes, and maintain related files
    • Enter miles and hours into 5 cubits system, complete 2290 filing, E-470 tolls, JDE meter input, timecard input, time sheet matching to PM/AVI, etc.
  • Complete other administrative duties as they occur (copying, faxing, scanning, filing, calling, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be able to work weekday overtime and occasional weekends
  • Must be able to provide premier customer service to internal/external customers including vendors
  • Strong organization and attention to details skills, able to take initiative and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products including Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Oracle Cloud preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of related experience working with vendors, purchase orders, numbers, etc. preferred
