Job Description

Outdoorsy is looking for a Listing Coach to join our Customer Support team. If you’re passionate about the outdoors and would like to work in a fast-paced environment, then we want you! Job Summary

Listing coach responsibilities include developing strong relationships with owners. Listing coaches will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

Ultimately, a successful listing coach will collaborate across multiple channels to improve the overall client experience, promote the growth and development of owners while keeping our clients highly engaged with our team and products in the long-run.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for all owner account management matters
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Share creative ways for owners to market their listings
  • Drive information and feedback to our product and engineering teams
  • Consult users to foster growth, better understanding, and develop best practices to ensure success
  • Collaborate with support, product, and marketing teams to identify and improve client experience
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Track and maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional Knowledge of Portal
  • Exceptional Knowledge of the Owner Dashboard
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • General knowledge of how to use Calendly
  • Interest and knowledge in marketing
