Job Summary
Listing coach responsibilities include developing strong relationships with owners. Listing coaches will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
Ultimately, a successful listing coach will collaborate across multiple channels to improve the overall client experience, promote the growth and development of owners while keeping our clients highly engaged with our team and products in the long-run.
