Inland Companies and Colliers | Wisconsin is seeking an HRIS Administrator to support the daily HR and IT operations of our dynamic company. The HRIS Administrator's responsibilities may include benefits administration, payroll processing, candidate onboarding, and other administrative tasks, as needed.
As a successful HRIS Administrator, you will work with leadership to ensure seamless administration of tasks including but not limited to; HR onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, data entry into IT amp; HR systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance. Responsible for administration, deployment, and troubleshooting of mobile devices, mobile account management, password management. In addition, you will be responsible for processing payroll on a bimonthly basis under the review of the HR Manager.
