JOB SUMMARY: The Recruiter position is responsible for supporting the full cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding. The Recruiter serves as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition by working with internal departments to determine staffing needs, reviews resumes, conducts interviews which impacts our candidates, employees and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs.


Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uses various recruiting/sourcing tools and networking techniques to effectively identify, recruit and follow-up with potential candidates.
  • Works with managers to determine staffing needs and advertising methods to ensure the best applicant pool.
  • Analyzes market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations regarding appropriate compensation.
  • Reviews candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Evaluates qualifications, knowledge, skills and abilities of potential candidates against position requirements and job descriptions.
  • Conducts interviews of qualified candidates to gauge interest in the position and communicates organizational culture.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals.
  • Ensures all records and documents are collected and appropriately stored at the end of the recruitment cycle for each job opening.
  • Assists Human Resources with completing all new-hire paperwork, including handling job offer letter, background check and completing I-9 Employment Eligibility Form.

Other duties as assigned

  • Assists in other areas of Human Resources where appropriate on an as-needed basis.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field, or equivalent related experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Full knowledge of hiring process and previous recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of Equal Work for Equal Pay Act in accordance with Colorado law.
  • Proven ability to utilize recruiting tools including networking through social media outlets, professional affiliations, referrals, database searches and other non-traditional methods for recruiting.
  • Familiarity with online social media websites and ATS programs.
  • Exceptional customer service and facilitation skills along with a professional, polished demeanor.
  • Consistently displays excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to articulate complex and in-depth concepts along with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Software and E-mail.

Salary range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 on an annualized basis. This is the range that we in good faith
