Job Description
The Armstrong Flooring Brand Marketing team is seeking a passionate Content Marketing Specialist that will develop marketing content geared towards the digital landscape from conception to completion. You will be responsible for leveraging digital marketing tactics while managing, writing, and editing long and short-form content across multiple mediums
Location: 2500 Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17604 temporarily 100% remote due to COVID

How you’ll contribute to the team:
- Working closely with the Brand, Digital, and Channel Marketing teams, you will develop long and short-form content in support of our growth strategy. Hone the overall brand voice and customer/channel nuances while developing content used for all marketing and communications efforts, including emails, social media, website, advertising amp; collateral.
- Create and manage strong written content for websites, landing pages, articles, CTA’s, email newsletters, social media, and other content types within the brands’ style and tone.
- Write ad copy and clear, quantifiable calls to action for prospects.
- Develop, maintain and coordinate website content that is optimized for SEO.
- Conduct research to develop original content and context for our residential and commercial channels.
- Develop and manage brand communications calendar for the website, email, and social media.
- Maintain a high awareness of our line of products and the relationship to home, fashion, and design industry trends.
- Support sales and various partner presentations by assembling and editing appropriate PowerPoint slides, videos, and demos, including presentations and script development.
Requirements
What you'll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Creative Writing or Advertising
- Minimum 2 years of experience copywriting and content creation in advertising, digital marketing, journalism or publishing.
