Job Description
Hawkins Point is seeking an IT Project/Program Manager is a strategic thinker and hands-on technologist, that can see the big picture amongst the tiny details and nuances of a business problem. Reporting to the Head of IT, the incumbent is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with business partners across the organization. Maintains, updates, and refines the IT Systems Roadmap at the direction of business owners and the head of IT. Conducts and facilitates regular, periodic quarterly business reviews with each functional business area to maintain the highest level of transparency and communication. Provides regular (weekly/monthly) communication on portfolio status, project details, actions, issues, risks, and decisions to affected stakeholders. Provides hands-on system administrative support to end users of assigned systems (issue escalation, user account management, vendor relationships).
Requirements
- Minimum ten (10) years’ life sciences experience in an IT project/program management role.
- Minimum ten (10) years’ experience supporting Ramp;D business groups, systems, processes, data management, and analytics.
- Business partner experience in Biotech or related industry.
- Computer System Validation and 21 CFR Part 11 functional expertise.
- Ramp;D Systems experience: Veeva eTMF, Asset Management; MasterControl (or similar); ELN; SDMS
