If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.


What does a Head of Digital Marketing do?

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead growth-focused digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (professional driver coach and development team), as well as partners to launch campaigns designed to spread the word about OpenTrack and grow our customer base.


Responsibilities

  • Heavy emphasis on growth through viral marketing (word of mouth, referrals, invites)
  • Design email marketing campaigns to increase first-time-buyer conversion as well as upgrade daily buyers to the monthly/annual product
  • Build formal customer referral program to grow customer base
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Coordinate blog posts and monthly newsletter
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence
  • Management of content - organizing and managing content in new LMS system
  • Develop customer personas and tell stories that connect to their worldviews
  • Oversee affiliate marketing partnerships
  • Website Management - Using Hubspot CMS to update and managing content on public marketing website
  • Work with Pro Driving Coach Andy Lee to further develop the Drive Better brand

Requirements

  • Ambitious self starter seeking startup environment; ability to wear multiple hats while thinking and acting quickly.
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with website and ad copywriting, proofing and editing
  • Working knowledge of how content marketing can be used to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with A/B experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
