As the ERP Business Director, you will report directly to the COO and serve as a strategic partner to the business and leadership teams. In this role you will lead technical staff, manage cross-functional analysts, and work with stakeholders and frontline staff to organize systems to effectively support the business.

what you will do

• Strategically define, prioritize, and execute efficient business solutions that align with the company roadmap and goals
• Lead technical and business teams to design and deliver internal tools, processes, and training to support the achievement of overall business goals
• Serve as an expert resource for SAP projects and act as the liaison for SAP, providing support to all departments in driving adoption
• Maintain, adjust, and communicate SAP priorities to deliver revenue realization and mitigate risk
• Collaborate with both in-house and outsourced development teams on projects, tasks, and schedules to deliver sound technical solutions and enhanced performance
• Ensure proactive communication between stakeholders, internal customers, and development team
• Provide leadership and drive a culture of accountability and results through effective performance management
• Manage the support, development, and governance of the ERP system (SAP S4/HANA) and supporting systems for internal use

what you need to have

• 8+ years of ERP management
• Expertise with SAP and/or SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Experience facilitating business process mapping and fostering continuous process improvement (experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen is a plus)
• Collaborative leadership approach and effective communication skills
• Ability to drive change management initiatives and provide training frameworks to ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Ability to understand a customer problem, evaluate multiple solutions, make an informed decision
• Strong business acumen, analytical, statistical, and project management skills
• BS Degree in Business, Technology, or related field. Master’s degree a plus
