proSapient is a rapidly growing Primary Research platform that was founded three years ago. Our goal is to revolutionise how consultants and investors access critical knowledge and help them make better informed investment decisions. Through the proSapient platform, you can interact with experts across the globe, via phone calls, meetings and surveys. Our dedicated analyst team supported by our AI driven platform can rapidly canvas the world for those special people who can provide significant insights to client’s research projects. Once those calls are complete, clients can continue the conversation via instant messaging or collect the insights and share them within their organisation creating a powerful knowledge library over time.

Due to continued amp; rapid growth, we are now looking to hire a Talent Acquisition specialist to help grow our US office. This individual will work join the existing Talent Acquisition incumbent to form a team of two professionals to enable an appropriate level of support to the growth of the US office. Reporting into the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, this is a key hire to ensure we attract, hire and retain the best talent into proSapient, managing a high volume of Operations hires on a monthly basis.

The Role:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all US recruiting queries, creating the best possible candidate experience for all applicants.
  • Ensuring a smooth, timely and fair process for all, and seeking feedback to improve this process
  • Advertising vacancies posting live adverts, tracking advert success rates and managing all applications
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, to include LinkedIn and your own professional network
  • Shortlisting and screening candidates against defined competency-based criteria, ensuring fit and experience qualification for each role
  • Co-ordinating second and third round interviews for other interviewers across the business
  • Collating feedback for candidates, passing on feedback in a constructive, professional and timely manner
  • Managing offers to candidates, negotiating and handling queries where appropriate
  • Utilizing our ATS System daily, tracking all candidates properly and using data to improve process and experience
  • Assisting with non-Operations hires where applicable, in line with continued business growth
  • Assisting with Diversity amp; Inclusion initiatives, alongside the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and HR, to ensure a wide, varied and inclusive Talent approach
  • Assist with all other talent related projects both globally and specifically relating to the US when required, in partnership with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and wider HR Team
  • Provide US specific knowledge and insight to help shape the wider HR functions including Talent Acquisition in the US

  • Previous experience recruiting for Sales professionals (experience hiring SDR’s would be highly beneficial)
  • Previous experience working with an ATS system
  • Sound knowledge of the HR frameworks and competitive employment propositions in the US/North Carolina
