Job Description
The Enterprise Project Manager is passionate about enabling teams, both internal and external, to create amazing learning experiences. As an experienced Project Manager, the Enterprise Project Manager will guide Intellum’s largest and most complex customers and the internal Implementation Team through the implementation process in a way that maximizes client investment, while allowing SMEs to focus on delivering quality, creative solutions for our clients education needs. They will help create the platform strategy and then work with the customer and members of the Intellum team to execute upon that strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the platform Implementation process for new customers and special projects for existing customers, including the creation of custom project plans for each project
- Provide leadership in the requirements gathering process (both business requirements and technical requirements)
- Assure appropriate integration between project sponsor, project team members, and business stakeholders to identify and address change management efforts
- Work with other project teams and departments to execute a standard change management discipline while developing and managing project schedule and milestones
- Lead Project Steering Committee (both internal and external)
- Simultaneously manage multiple implementation projects
- Report internally on a weekly basis to leadership on the following: Project Budget, Project Timeline, Project Relationship Health and roadblocks to successful project completion
- Leverage the Intellum Methodology for helping customers adopt and extract value from Intellum products
- Ensure that each implementation/project stays within the scope and budget of the executed customer contract
- Partner with Sales and the Implementation Consultant to facilitate a smooth transition from Sales to Implementation
- Partner with the Customer Success Manager to help new customers transition from implementation and existing customers execute on larger post-implementation projects
- Be the primary point of support for assigned clients during the implementation lifecycle and ensure a smooth hand-off to Customer Success post-onboarding
- Effectively communicate technical matters related to implementation to clients and internal partners
- Be responsible for leading and driving project communications, initiatives, and day-to-day operation activities, along with project status reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risk early and often
- Work with the Director of PMO and VP of Professional Services to remove roadblocks for the project team
- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Partner across business units to develop transition plans, including ongoing success measures
- Most importantly, find new and innovative ways to improve the implementation process for the project team and Clients
Requirements
Required Skills
- 10 years project manager experience, including 5+ at the Enterprise level
- SaaS software experience preferred
- LMS experience a plus
- Account management experience a plus
- Ability to document and follow process
- Must be able to work independently in a remote workforce environment
- Must be skilled at constructive conflict resolution
- Must possess a positive attitude
- Must be a team player
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
