Job Description

Equip is a virtual program helping families recover from eating disorders at home with comprehensive, gold-standard care created by experts in the field and people in recovery. Equip’s five-person care teams include dietitians, physicians, therapists, and mentors who deliver wrap-around support to provide families healing and lasting recovery.

We created Equip to increase access to evidence-based treatment for all people affected by eating disorders. About the role:

We're looking for an exceptional Recruiter to partner with our clinical hiring managers to identify and hire world-class talent specific to our clinician talent strategy. As a member of the People Team, you will play a key role in helping to accelerate our growth and scale by engaging top talent across our provider domains: psychiatry, therapy, dietary, medical, and mentorship. Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle high volume provider and operations recruiting from source to close with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
  • Partner with clinical hiring managers to understand business needs and develop and implement strategies to fulfill on requested headcount which includes medical (LPNs, MAs, RNs, NPs, MDs), registered dietitians (RDs), therapists (e.g., LCSW, PhD, LMFT, LPCC, etc.), mentors, as well as clinical administrative staff
  • Track metrics and pipeline activity for clinical roles and report out on hiring progress to execs and cross-functional partners
  • Build a strong pipeline sourcing diverse candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates
  • Work directly with management to deeply understand the requirements for all hires and their impact on the company and mission as a whole
  • Assist with creation, implementation and execution on diversity hiring initiatives geared toward underrepresented groups that represent our patient base.
  • Drive employer branding by partnering with key stakeholders to build content for social media channels

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle clinical recruiter with at least a year of in-house experience
  • You have a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, pitching and closing a variety of clinical candidates
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. You can self-manage and have a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects at a given time
  • You are highly proficient in using Mac and Google products and have used an Applicant Tracking Systems
  • You are data-driven and analytical. You enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process
  • You proactively come up with solutions to problems; consistently improving the efficiency of the end to end talent process fuels you
  • Embrace creative and professional communication in all candidate interactions while embracing our culture, values, and mission

Bonus if you have the following:

  • Experience working with mental health recruitment
  • Passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment and expanding access to treatment through insurance
